Medechime clips onto a pill bottle and counts down the hours to your next dose. A red light means wait. A green light and a chime mean go.
Two lights, one number
The display shows hours in two digits. Press the button to wake it; it goes dark on its own to save the batteries.

At zero the buzzer sounds and the timer counts up, so you can see how late a dose is.
